Here's our menu for dinner this week. No special St Patrick's day dinner this this year even though we are Irish. Corned beef would not be loved by the little guys quite yet (or their mama...shh) but we at least have potatoes on the menu that night. If you haven't tried the sweet potatoes I posted here yet, try them! They're awesome.
