And fyi- every time I see the picture of the Monte Cristo, I think "Hot Pockets." :)

I'm going to substitute cream cheese for cottage cheese. Will post it if its good. And yes, wether its the monte cristos, empanadas, or calzones, Geno sings me the hot pockets song as well :)
